Lewis State ParkWhat: Come soak in the beauty of nature with an hour of forest bathing! Join us for an hour to slow down, step into the pace of nature, lay down stress from the week, and connect with others in the present moment. A great way to unwind, get some fresh air, and gain a new perspective. We will begin with an introduction, followed by simple invitations to notice and wander, have opportunities to share what you are noticing, and end with a snack and acknowledgement of reciprocity with nature. How to prepare: Dress comfortably for the changing weather, and bring extra layers to stay warm as you may be still and the sun will be setting. The terrain will be uneven with gradual inclines traveling short distances.

Who: Open to the community. Pets must be on a leash, children must be accompanied by an adult. Suggested for ages 12 and up. Registrations close a week in advance and will be capped at 12 people.
