Earth Day in Action: Events for the Next Generation

Want to do something meaningful for Earth Day? Join other young changemakers across Pennsylvania for volunteer events that give back to the planet!

DCNR’s NextGen Advisory Council, along with the Governor’s Youth Council for Hunting, Fishing, and Conservation; the Governor’s Advisory Commission on Next Generation Engagement; and the PA Outdoor Corps, is teaming up to make a difference.

What’s in it for you?

In addition to the Earth Day events for all, there will be regional events where members from the participating groups will be in attendance, collaborating to make a positive impact. Find events below, plus an event in the Southwest region with Allegheny CleanWays. This event will be held 10 a.m.-1 p.m. April 19 in Pittsburgh.
