The 2,856-acre Maurice K. Goddard State Park features the 1,860-acre Lake Wilhelm, which is very popular with anglers. Many recreational activities attract visitors in all seasons. The large lake, abundant wetlands, old fields and mature forests provide a diversity of habitats for wildlife, especially waterfowl, eagles and ospreys.

This was fun, well organized, and informative. Both of our park rangers did an outstanding job!
I loved this! very informative, and the director walked around with each bird so we could get a close up look at these magnificent birds.

I took my Wife and 5 daughters ages ranging from 11 to 3. They all dressed in prairie dresses and would love to start reenacting. We loved the opportunity to come out to this and look forward to other things.
