The Yough River Sojourn is a paddling adventure that explores the Youghiogheny River watershed all the way from The Yough Lake Dam to Leighton, PA, in small day trip segments. Connellsville to Dawson will be our 6th segment of the Yough River Sojourn. Join Park naturalists as we take on rapids and learn about the unique and diverse Youghiogheny River Gorge. Participants must provide their own equipment and be capable of paddling class II whitewater. The park will provide a driver shuttle at the end of the river. Pre-registration is required.
