This 7-mile loop utilizes the Eddy Lick Trail and Bloomdraft Trail, (Part of the Chuck Keiper Trail), to create the perfect day hike to experience some of the best scenery the Sproul has to offer.  Lush Rhotodendron, large trees, and mossy mountainsides give hikers the wilderness experience they are looking for.  The hike ends with a walk along Yost Run, a stream known for its cascades and waterfalls.  The difficulty rating for this hike is moderate due to some steep climbs and rocky terrain.
