XC Ski 101

Join the park naturalist for a cross-country ski lesson.  The park has some limited-sized equipment available for participants to use.  Bring your own equipment if you have it.  We will start off indoors with an introduction to the basics then move outdoors for instruction and a short traverse on trail.  If there is not enough snow, we will cover the basics indoors then head outside for a nature hike.  Space is limited and registration is required by Thursday, January 27.  For more information or to register, contact Emily Borcz at (724) 932-3142 ext 106.
