PA Fish and Boat Commission will offer their first “Women’s Intro to Ice Fishing” program in Tioga County.  Take the morning at the Wellsboro Community Center to go over the gear, safety, techniques and locations.  Then, travel to Hills Creek State Park to run the “on-ice” portion of the program after lunch. The program will also include a cooking demonstration near lunchtime. More details when you register. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
