Join the park naturalist for an unpredictable morning of birdwatching! Winter is a great time to home in bird ID skills and see some beautiful year-round species, like blue jays, kingfishers, finches, woodpeckers, and more! We will start at Winter Launch and go on a short walk on trails around the launch. The walk will be about 1.5 miles in length on un-shoveled trails. Dress for the weather, expect some snowy/icy walking conditions, and account for extra-cold wind off of the lake at the launch.
