Take a kayak out on Doubling Gap Lake and enjoy the surroundings. Check out some of the residential critters, like bullfrogs, Northern watersnakes, Belted kingfishers, snapping turtles, and more. Hour long time slots begin at 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. To reserve a timeslot, please call (717) 776-5272. Otherwise you can come to the beach and take out a kayak on a first-come, first-serve basis.
