Come join Samuel Cowan as he looks at the changes that have taken place from the time his wife and he came to the gap. The hike is over mostly flat terrain that is easy hiking.  Dress for the weather and wear appropriate walking or hiking shoes or boots.  Bring water and a snack if you wish.
