 ring birds have arrived! Learn how to ID (both sight and sound) some of th
 e most common winter birds in the area. This hike will be about 1.5 mile\,
  mostly flat\, and slow paced as to spend time looking at birds. We will h
 ave ID books and binoculars available to borrow. If you wish to learn how 
 to use the Merlin Bird ID app on your smart phone\, please make sure you h
 ave it downloaded ahead of time and we can walk you through IDing birds. A
 ll levels of experience welcome. \n\nPlease wear sturdy shoes & bring wate
