As part of the fall funding round, DCNR is expanding its Riparian Forest Buffer grants into a new Community and Watershed Forestry Program. The new program will fund more forestry practices including riparian buffers, tree planting, and lawn conversion projects. The program will also include TreeVitalize community forestry grants. A webinar about the new program is being held on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 10:00 AM. Anyone interested in applying for these grants is strongly encouraged to attend.
