By blending hands-on classroom and field investigations, students participate in data collection and analysis, community networking and partnerships, stewardship, and service learning activities.

Workshop participants are eligible for 10.5 hours of Act 48 hours split between virtual discussion, homework, and an in-person session. PPID numbers are required to claim these hours.

This hands-on workshop is open to formal and non-formal educators alike!

Attendance is required for both a virtual session held through MS Teams on 29 March 2023 and an in-person session on 13 April 2023 to receive hours and a copy of the curriculum and resources.

We will have a working lunch, so participants are asked to bring their own lunch. As we will be both indoors and outdoors, please dress in layers and for the weather!
