Join the Northampton County Conservation District for a hands-on water quality workshop at Jacobsburg Environmental Education Center. Participants will learn how to assess stream health through visual observations and by using water quality testing equipment, with time spent sampling in the Bushkill Creek. Participants will gain practical skills to better understand how everyday activities impact water quality and ways to help protect local waterways. Portions of the program will take place outdoors. Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear for walking in and around the stream. Space is limited to 30 participants. Registration is required.
