This doctor-led walking event is a fun and safe place to go for a walk, learn about health, and meet new friends. 
The event is FREE and all are welcome!
Join the park naturalist as well as special guest Dr. Harvey Insler of Pittsburgh at the beach house for a walk around Lakeside Trail. Walk your own pace and distance and distance and learn a little about health as we advance wellness through nature. 

Come out early or stick around after for a free blood pressure check from a volunteer nurse!
