Join chiropractor, Dr. Mike Mills of Mills Chiropractic Center for an easy to moderate 2 mile hike on the Discovery and Shrub Swamp trails at the Outdoor Discovery Center.  Dr. Mills will lead the hike and help to highlight the connection between the outdoors and health.  A healthy snack will be provided.

This hike is one of the Pennsylvania Walk with a Doc events held during September 2023 that meets the goals of the Statewide Outdoor Recreation Plan -- Recreation for All to continue to strengthen connections between outdoor recreation and health in communities for people of all ages and abilities.

Easy approximate 1 mile of total walking on a wood chip trail.  Bathrooms inside the Outdoor Discovery Center which is right by the trails.
