 while learning about health and fitness in nature. Dr. Joseph Faccio of St
 . Lukes University Health Network will be walking with us and will address
  wellness topics. We will walk over uneven terrain for 2.5 to 3 miles guid
 ed by a center educator. Wear sturdy shoes and bring a water bottle. Meet 
 at the Visitor Center at 400 Belfast Road\, Nazareth\, PA.\n\nRegistration
  is required.\n\nHard 1.5 hours\, 3 mile walk on a gravel\, grass and dirt
  trail.  Not accessible.  Bathrooms at the trailhead.
