Amid concerns about the potential spread of COVID-19, all public programs, events, and trainings in state parks and forests are canceled through April 30. 
Except for the parks and forests that have been announced as closed, state park and forest facilities remain open.

The Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the National MS Society is holding its annual Walk MS Pittsburgh at Point State Park again this year. There will be two course options: 1 mile and 3 mile. Check in starts at 8:00 am. The walk will begin at 9:30 am. Dogs are welcome, but must be leashed.
