Join DCNR Service Forester Garrett Beers on a 2.5-mile loop hike traversing diverse forest habitats of varying age, which will provide ample opportunities to view wildlife and the onset of fall colors. The trail will take hikers through young forests that teem with birds, dense rhododendron thickets, and mature hemlocks. Terrain is easy but not stroller or wheelchair accessible. Pets are welcome.
