Join park staff for a short walk to Lock 28 along the Lehigh River. We will share some of the history of White Haven and Lehigh Gorge State Park during this short half mile walk.

Friendly dogs on a leash are welcome.

Please meet at the White Haven South restrooms. There are two entrances to the parking lot:
1) From White Haven, turn into the shopping center and drive behind White Haven Market to enter the park, go past Pocono Biking and meet at the restrooms on the right.
2) From PA-940 near the entrance to I-80 turn into the park. Follow the road down the hill, across the bridge, and under the train bridge. The restrooms will be ahead on the right.

In the event of rain, this program will continue as scheduled. In the event of a thunderstorm, it will be canceled.
