Walk In Penn's Woods - Tioga State Forest
Talk a walk on the 2026 Pennsylvania Trail of the Year, The Pine Creek Rail Trail! Join DCNR professionals and the Tioga County Woodland Owners Association to enjoy the afternoon in the Pine Creek Gorge with fall foliage and the history of the Darling Run C.C.C. Camp. A 1.5-mile walk will focus on the ecological and human history of the trail and surrounding Tioga State Forest. The trail provides easy footing, a gentle grade, and is very accessible but sturdy footwear is recommended. Feel free to bring snacks, water, and binoculars with you. Restrooms are available on site. If you have any questions, reach out to Isaac Leach at isleach@pa.gov or 814-660-1072.
*Registration is Required*
