Walk Back in Time

Who was Ramond B. Winter? What was the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC), and what role did these individuals play in PA State Parks? If you ever asked yourself these questions while visiting Raymond B. Winter State Park, then join our park educator for an intepretive walk to learn about the park's history. We will walk back in time and visit historic spots to explore its fascinating history and pay our respects to all the individuals that built the park we have today!

We will mostly remain on walking paths. However, please wear durable shoes for uneven terrain or surfaces! Please meet our park educator at the Halfway Run Environmental Learning Center on Saturday, June 15th. We will be begin our walk promptly at 11 AM.

This program is recommended for adults.

Saturday, June 15 at 11:00am to 12:00pm
