Let's celebrate National Dog Day at Beltzville State Park! Bring your dog(s), and enjoy a hike with the park naturalist. We'll be hiking the 2.0-mile moderately difficult Christman Trail (and a quick detour to the Wildcreek Falls), and cover some tips for keeping your pup safe while hiking. Rain will cancel the hike.

***All dogs must be friendly, and physically controlled on a 6 ft. leash or shorter. Limit of 2 dogs per adult hiker.

*We will be meeting at the trailhead to the Christman Trail. The Christman Trail is located approximately 3.4 miles east of the main entrance of the park, along Pohopoco Drive. More detailed directions are available by calling the park office, 8am-4pm, 7 days a week (610-377-0045) or emailing the park naturalist (rbergstres@pa.gov).
