Join the McConnells Mill park staff to perform improvements to the gristmill, fountain, and trail at McConnells Mill State Park. Work may include staining railings, chipping mineral deposits off stonework, or cleaning windows inside the mill. During the workday, you will need to wear gloves, long pants and closed-toe shoes. Bring a personal water bottle and snacks. Dress for the weather is work clothes. Great for ages 16 and up, under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No experience necessary. Training, safety briefing and limited tools will be provided. Please park at Kildoo Picnic Area then walk down to the mill.
