Our Festival is coming soon, it is time to spruce up! Join the McConnells Mill park staff to perform improvements to the picnic area, gristmill, and trails at McConnells Mill State Park. Work may include weeding cracks in stonework, staining railings, picking up litter, and sweeping or cleaning windows inside the mill. During the workday, you will need to wear gloves, long pants and closed-toe shoes. Bring a personal water bottle and snacks. Dress for the weather in work clothes, bring gloves if you wish. Great for ages 16 and up, under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No experience necessary. Training, safety briefing and limited tools will be provided.
