***Meeting location: Giving Pond Recreation Area, 1125 River Rd. (PA-32), Upper Black Eddy, PA 18972***

Join us at Giving Pond Recreation Area as we begin to tackle some of the most invasive plants at this location: vines! We will be working to cut back Oriental Bittersweet, Japanese Honeysuckle, Mile-a-minute, and Porcelain Berry.

Gloves and hand tools will be provided. However, if you have hand tools such as loppers, pruners, and pruning saws feel free to bring them along (please no chainsaws or other powered tools).

Remember to dress warmly in non-cotton layers. Boots are suggested due to possible muddy conditions.

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided to all registered volunteers!
