Help Heritage Conservancy and DCNR in our efforts to keep this important freshwater tidal marsh clean. Volunteers can choose to join crews removing trash from the marsh banks and trails or to join DCNR guides with kayaks for a cleanup of the river and marsh.

Anyone who is not comfortable with in-person events is encouraged to host a mini clean-up with their own quaran-team the week of September 21st. The more trash we collect; the less trash will get washed into our waterways!

Volunteers must pre-register with Liz at ebarmach@heritageconservancy.org (please indicate water or land cleanup preference), complete an attendance waiver, and comply with all procedures designed to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Register soon because spots are limited.
