Erie – Right now, the turtles of Presque Isle are hibernating under water awaiting the warmer temperatures of Spring. It won’t be long before they are seen scrambling across the road, perhaps heading to sandy areas to lay their eggs. Join a Naturalist on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 1:00 pm to learn more about several species that live here. Please register by emailing John Laskos at firstname.lastname@example.org. After registering, you will be sent a link to participate in the program via Microsoft TEAMS. Please register by January 20, 2021.
For more information, please contact the Presque Isle State Park office, located on the second floor of the Tom Ridge Environmental Center, at 814-833-7424. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM - 4PM. This program may be altered or modified at discretion of Park Staff.
