Virtual Program: Flurries & Fun!

Virtual Program-Flurries and Fun!
Discover interesting facts about snow while participating in science experiments and crafts!  Join the educators from Codorus State Park and Black Moshannon State Park to find out how the water cycle works, how snow is formed, and why snow is white.   Two separate classes will be offered, and are geared towards children 11 and younger.
Wednesday, January 13 at 3:00 pm-Snowstorm In A Jar and Fake Snow
Thursday, January 14 at 3:00 pm-Painting With Snow, Measuring Snow, and Magic Snow
To sign up for both or either of the classes (specify in email), please email Michelle at blackmoshannonee@pa.gov or Renae at NRCodorusEEprograms@pa.gov.   Links to join the program(s) will be sent to your email, as well as a list of items for the crafts.   Most are common household items, like shaving cream, glue, corn starch, etc.   We will be demonstrating all of the activities during the program, so having these items are not a necessity to participate.
Program subject to change, further restrictions, or cancellation at any time.
