DESCRIPTION:Winter tree ID can be challenging but rewarding. We're here to 
 help! In this program we will introduce stem and leaf arrangement\, as thi
 s is the first step to identifying broadleaf trees. The trees in this prog
 ram will all be alternately arranged\, and we will be focusing on soft mas
 t species such as black gum\, cherry\, and hackberry as well as some other
  species such as aspen and birch. These trees are abundant in our forest b
 ut can be tricky to ID\, so you will learn some tips on how to pick them o
 ut in this program!\n\nThis program is being held virtually via Teams. You
  must register to get the link to the program. Register by clicking the gr
 een register button for this program. The Teams link will be the same for 
 all Januaryprograms\, so you should be able to re-join each Monday and Wed
 nesday with one registration. If you have questions or require accommodati
