Virtual Fourth of July History

The Independence Day Holiday, or Fourth of July as we all know it, is one of the most widely celebrated holidays in the United States. How well do you know your Fourth of July history? Join a Park Naturalist virtually to learn a little about what it took to get us to this day, and all about the celebrations that go along with it. You will receive a link to join the program via ZOOM the day before the program. This virtual is suitable for elementary ages and up.

To register, Click on the green button to the right.

Programming is subject to modification or cancellation at the discretion of park staff. If you need an accommodation to participate in Park activities due to a disability, please contact Presque Isle State Park at 814-833-7424 to make arrangements for your visit. With at least three days’ notice, interpreters for people who are deaf or hard of hearing are available for educational programs.
