Join our educator in the overflow parking lot for an easy hike on the General Kane Trail! Visit the vernal pools to learn about the amphibians and woodland wildlife that use the area. Attempt to spot salamanders, frogs, and egg masses that may be in the water. Participants are encouraged to dress for the weather and wear boots as the trail may be muddy in areas. This program will continue in the event of light rain, but will be cancelled in the event of thunderstorms or other adverse weather conditions.
