It’s finally spring! Aside from rain and flowers, spring also means that vernal pools become teeming with life. March and April will be the perfect time to look for amphibians of all ages--eggs, tadpoles, and adults. Join the park naturalist at Upper Greens Run as we take a short hike to an active vernal pool to discuss what vernal pools are, why they are important, and what amphibians call these seasonal ponds home! *Terrain may be uneven and wet. Please dress for the weather. **Rainboots recommended.
