DESCRIPTION:March is Vernal Equinox time - a time each year when we welcome
  Spring and gear up for warmer months. \n\nWhen we look at the seasonal ch
 anges and shifts in the natural world we see that it is made up of life-su
 pporting elements such as fire\, earth\, metal/air\, water\, and wood.\n\n
 Based on an understanding of the elements and their natures\, the movement
 s in the Five Elements Form help us to create the best conditions for the 
 elements in our bodies to stay in those healthy\, positive cycles\, keepin
 g our energy in a balanced\, steady flow while the seasons shift within an
 d around us. \n\n \n\nJoin us in the forest for a group practice of harmon
 izing movements. It’s something we can do for the planet and for ourselv
 es\, and it’s easy to follow along! It’s the perfect practice for occa
 sions like the Vernal Equinox and/or Earth Month (April) when we recognize
  and reaffirm our place in the world and our relationship with nature.\n\n
 After\, we will share in some seasonal treats and good company.\n\n \n\n \
 n\nPerfect for beginners and all levels.\n\nThis flow is a simple\, easy w
 ay to incorporate a grounding practice into your daily life. All levels wi
 ll be able to take what they learn during the program and apply it through
 out the Spring\, in celebration of Earth Day (April 22) and even as a conn
 ecting practice during World Tai Chi day (April 25).\n\n \n\n \n\nGuest Pr
