Join the park naturalist for a 3 to 3.5-mile guided nature hike along the beautiful Christman and Wildcreek Trails. This part of the "Trekking Beltzville Series" will focus on the many invasive species found along the Christman Trail, and Wild Creek Trail Complex. We will take an in-depth look at the biology of these invasive species, and the current control methods for managing and eradicating them. Participants should bring water, a snack, and bug spray if needed. Please wear sturdy walking/hiking shoes.
We will be meeting at the Wildcreek Trailhead off of Pohopoco Drive.
The parking lot for the Wildcreek Trailhead is located approximately 3.8 miles east of the park office, on Pohopoco Drive.
*Rain will cancel the hike.
Registration is REQUIRED, as group size is limited. Please register each individual attending, separately.
