DESCRIPTION:Join our park naturalist for an easy 1 mile tree identification
  walk along the beautiful Sawmill Trail. Participants will learn how to id
 entify the tree species found at the park\, and we’ll also take a look a
 t the many invasive plant species that impact the native forest. *Rain wil
 l cancel the program.\n\n \n\nWe will be meeting at the Sawmill Trailhead 
 off of Old Mill Road.\n\n \n\n Directions from Beltzville State Park:\n\nT
 urn left out of the park’s main entrance. Proceed past the Army Corps of
  Engineers building & go approximately 1 mile. Look for a Big Creek Grange
  sign on the left. Turn LEFT onto Grange Road. At the bottom of the hill\,
  turn LEFT onto Old Mill Road. You will pass 3 houses on the left. After t
 he last house\, turn LEFT into the Sawmill Trail parking lot. PLEASE NOTE 
 - The entrance to the Sawmill Trail parking lot is unmarked. If you procee
 d over the small bridge\, you went TOO FAR! \n\n \n\nRegistration is REQUI
 RED\, as group size is limited. Please register each individual attending\
 , separately.
