Look through park telescopes at the wonders of the springtime sky: including Mars, possibly Jupiter, and maybe even a few star clusters. We'll run the scopes, you'll enjoy the view! 

Telescopes available on a first-come, first-serve basis for the time listed. Availability is subject to staff/volunteer availability, weather conditions, and crowd size limitations. 

🗺️Where: Use entrance here, park in the lot. Walk around the hill to the viewing field, the Night Sky Public Viewing Area.

💼Bring: Red-light flashlight, extra layers/blankets, and a folding/camp chair.

🚫Leave at home: Pets (only trained service animals allowed), alcohol, recreational drugs. 

We ask that park visitors please leave their pets at home. Dim lighting, large crowds and sensitive equipment do not create a pet-friendly environment.

All programs will be cancelled in the event of rain or thunder. Registration encouraged to receive weather updates, but isn't required to attend. Optional registration will open 45 days before the program.
