DESCRIPTION:Look through park telescopes at some of the key features of the
  night sky - planets\, stars\, and more. Under the guidance of our volunte
 ers and staff\, embark on an amazing telescope tour of the night sky. We'l
 l run the scopes\, you'll enjoy the view! \n\n \n\nTelescopes available on
  a first-come\, first-serve basis for the time listed. Availability is sub
 ject to staff/volunteer availability\, weather conditions\, and crowd size
  limitations. \n\n \n\n🗺️Where: Use entrance here\, park in the lot. 
 Walk around the hill to the viewing field\, the Night Sky Public Viewing A
 rea.\n\n💼Bring: Red-light flashlight\, extra layers/blankets\, and a fo
 lding/camp chair.\n\n🚫Leave at home: Pets (only trained service animals
  allowed)\, alcohol\, recreational drugs. \n\n \n\nWe ask that park visito
 rs please leave their pets at home. Dim lighting\, large crowds and sensit
 ive equipment do not create a pet-friendly environment.\n\n \n\nAll progra
 ms will be cancelled in the event of rain or thunder. Registration encoura
 ged to receive weather updates\, but isn't required to attend. Optional re
 gistration will open 45 days before the program and will close 2 days befo
 re the event. \n\n \n\nCheck the Clear Sky Chart or AccuWeather Stargazing
  Forecasts for 48-hour forecasts of cloud cover and viewing conditions.
