Explore the diverse landscape of our moon, explore highlands, volcanic plains, and moon mission landing sites.Under the guidance of our volunteers and staff, embark on an amazing telescope tour of the moon's surface. We'll run the scopes, you'll enjoy the view! 

Telescopes available on a first-come, first-serve basis for the time listed. Availability is subject to staff/volunteer availability, weather conditions, and crowd size limitations. 

🌕Moon Note: The Moon rises at roughly 7 PM, making it hard to see the Milky Way and other faint objects this evening. 

No need to register. All programs will be cancelled in the event of rain or thunder. Check the Clear Sky Chart or AccuWeather Stargazing Forecasts for forecasts of cloud cover and viewing conditions. For weather forecasts, use the nearby towns of Galeton and Coudersport.

🗺️Where: Use entrance here, park in the lot. Walk around the hill to the viewing field, the Night Sky Public Viewing Area.

💼Bring: Red-light flashlight, extra layers/blankets, and a folding/camp chair.

🚫Leave at home: Pets (only trained service animals allowed), alcohol, recreational drugs.
