Teacher Workshop: Pennsylvania Songbirds

Formal and non-formal educators are invited to the Tom Ridge Environmental Center to discover the world of Pennsylvania songbirds during a 2-evening workshop! The workshop will take place from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on the evenings of February 11 and February 12. This statewide, interdisciplinary curriculum is aimed at K-12 education. Participants will explore background information of songbirds and participate in hands-on activities focused on bringing environmental education into the classroom. Act 48 credits available. Class limited to 20 participants. Cost is $30.00 per participant. Registration and payment are required by February 4. Click "Register" to sign up.
