SuperbOwl Sunday Jr.

What makes owls superb? Join Jennings staff for a fun morning of owl discovery.  Examine wings and feet. Learn how they hunt while playing fun games.  Discover what they eat by dissecting owl pellets, the fur-and-bone packaged they cough up after digesting their prey. Learn how to interact with owls using owl calls. Make owl crafts to take home.

This program is intended for children ages 5 and older. Parents are welcome to stay but are not required.  There is no cost to attend this program but space is limited and pre-registration is required by Wednesday, January 29th.

If you need an accommodation to participate in park activities due to a disability, please contact the park you plan to visit.  With at least three days’ notice, interpreters for people who are deaf or hard of hearing are available for educational programs.
