The time has come again! Please join us to venture out into the creek at sunset to search for our favorite creatures – salamanders, frogs, snakes and turtles. We will learn to respect wildlife and their habitat by practicing Leave No Trace skills to protect these important animals that need our compassion and understanding to survive in a shrinking world of habitat loss, invasive species, pollution and overharvesting. Join UDEL wildlife student and Friends of WCCP volunteer Nicole for this free program. Remember insect repellents and skin lotions are toxic to herps so do NOT use when working with reptiles and amphibians. Please RSVP by Saturday, July 20th by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Spaces are limited to 15 individuals and all ages are welcome.
