Spend the afternoon learning how to determine a stream's health using the critters that live in it!

We will go over how to find macroinvertebrates, ID them, and use that information to determine the health of our stream. This can be done using any stream so if you want to check your backyard this is the place to learn!

We will spend a large portion of the time in the stream wading so please bring a change of shoes for the stream (crocs, sandals, old sneaker ect), a towel to dry your feet off, bug spray, sun screen, and a full water bottle. All other materials will be provided. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
