Stargazing Night
3000 State Route 18, Hookstown, PA 15050-1605
The night sky has been used for everything from storytelling to navigation for thousands of years. Join us as we stare up at this shimmering tapestry of stars and learn about the science, stories, and uses of the night sky. Keep in mind that we will be hiking down steep terrain after dark, so please bring appropriate footwear and a flashlight. Red flashlights are encouraged if you have one. Any questions about the program may be directed to Joe Franckiewicz at jfranckiew@pa.gov
