Spotted Lantern Fly Stomp and Scrape

Are you looking to get some exercise and do a good deed?  Join park staff to search for Spotted Lantern flies .  Learn what to look for and the proper way to remove egg masses to stop the spread of this invasive species.  Wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather.  Bring your own scraping device- old credit cards, store rewards cards, and empty plastic spice jars all work well.  Fly swatters optional-but encouraged! Program suitable for adults and children aged 10+.

All children must have an adult chaperone accompany them on the hike. In order to comply with current PA and CDC Covid-19 protocols, masks and registration are required for all participants (both adults and children).

Spaces are limited, so please be sure you sign up by clicking the green box in the upper right- hand corner. We will not be able to take walk up participants.
