**NEW PROGRAM ALERT**

Welcome spring with a cozy Sunday morning soundbath.  Enjoy a deeply restorative sound & vibrational immersion experience nestled in secure warmth amongst the birds & trees at Nolde Forest in McConnell Hall. Supportive instruments such as gentle gong, singing bowls, chimes, handpan, ocean drum & more will carry you into deep relaxation. Benefits of sound immersion include effortless stress relief, profound inner peace deep sleep, enhanced mental clarity, focus and more beyond imagination!

What to bring and how to prepare:

BYO yoga mat or camping pad, pillow, two blankets (one blanket is for between you and the floor and one for over you) & any additional comforts or supports such as eye pillows and bolsters.  Err on the side of extra! The room is warm, but the tile floor is a bit chilly. Your physical comfort is optimal for you to be able to release and let go.  Arrive early, give yourself plenty of time to settle in.  Use the bathroom.  Take care of your needs fully so that you can receive full relaxation benefits from the soundbath.
