“With a ranger’s hat and shovel, and a pair of dungarees…” Can you believe it? Smokey has been telling us about preventing wildfires for 75 years. Come and join us for cake and ice cream to celebrate his birthday. As part of the program, we’ll tell you about Smokey’s birth in 1944, and see a classic Smokey Bear film. Smokey will then join us for the party! This program on forest fire prevention is for all ages and will be presented by staff from the Rothrock State Forest.
