Come to Mount Pisgah State Park and help celebrate Smokey Bear's 80th Birthday! The birthday celebration will part of the Bradford County Libraries Summertime Reading Series. The event will be held in cooperation with the DCNR Bureau of Forestry, Bradford County Library System, Smithfield Volunteer Fire Company, and the Friends of Mt. Pisgah State Park. Attendees will have a chance to see Smokey Bear, DCNR fire fighting equipment, and a fire truck from Smithfield Township Volunteer Fire Department. Children will also recieve free Smokey Bear memorabilia.
