DESCRIPTION:Saturday Morning Birding Walks at Hills Creek Saturdays in Apri
 l and May All 8:00 A.M. - 10:00 A.M. Meet at the Hills Creek State Park Of
 fice prior to 8am and leave promptly. Usually attendees drive to a nearby 
 starting location in the park. Members of the Tiadaghton Audubon Society w
 ill lead this series throughout April and May. Walks highlight the many va
 rieties of water and woodland birds that live in or migrate through the pa
 rks. Bald Eagles are often observed\, as well as Ospreys that frequent Hil
 ls Creek Lake. Please bring your binoculars (loaner sets will not be avail
 able) and wear subdued clothing and sturdy shoes. Walks are usually two ho
 urs and at a slow pace and a limited distance. If the weather is inclement
 \, the group may opt for a driving tour with several key stops nearby to k
 eep optics dry (as well as the participants). Check out the club's website

 formation.
