Join park staff as we learn about the local ecology of vernal pools, salamanders, and various frogs that inhabit the park. After a short presentation, we will walk to various vernal pools around the park office. What could be in the pools? Who inhabits them?

This is a great event for all ages, please wear sturdy shoes, we will be walking on the roadways of the park and may venture into the woods. The walk will be about a 1-1.5 miles in length.
